Meet Emanuel
Leah and I got the surprise of our lives this past Friday when a referral for our son was presented to us from Elena and our buddy family, Dana, Chuck, Joaquin and Tomas Ochocki. I must say that we were quite shocked, as we were expecting a long wait to get this referral. The shock has worn off and the love and excitement to learn more about and meet Emanuel Santiago has been building. It's been a busy few days and so I won't say much more at this time, as we are now beginning the next phase of completing the adoption and getting all of our ducks in a row. So, without further ado, meet Emanuel Santiago Harris! More to come...

ReplyDeleteWhat a thrill to surprise you with the news of your sweet son. Emanuel is beautiful. We can only imagine that you are spending plenty of time gazing at his photos. We are crossing our fingers that all those involved in processing your paperwork will be extra speedy in their work.
We can't wait to meet Emanuel in person so that we can admire his big brown eyes, smooch his chubby cheeks and give him a big ol' hug. Until then, we'll gaze at his picture, too!

Welcome to parenthood!
